i was excited for my stay but disappointed with thin walls and cheap breakfast—seriously, industrial bread? ! i expected a complimentary drink for all my troubles, but nope, just regular treatment. i almost considered a good review, but they really let me down on the little things. absoluteley unacceptable for a hotel in bellagio.

Stunning terrace views every morning
The breakfast on the garden terrace was a dream! Homemade items and attentive staff made each morning special. The room was a beautiful sanctuary, perfectly clean and restful.
While the property was amazing, arriving back after a day of exploring meant tackling a steep uphill walk. It can be a bit tiring, especially on warmer days.

We had a lovely room and stunning views from our sunny terrace, but the walk back up was a bit tiring after a long day. Still, breakfast was mint!

It was just an excellent fit for a cursory stop in Bellagio with good price value. The walk to the room was a workout, but the terrace view made it worth it. Be ready for steep stairs when returning from town.

The room had beautiful decor, yet the walls were thin, letting in too much noise.

Had an amazing time with friends! The guesthouse was super clean, and the staff was really helpful. We enjoyed the terrace views every morning with the best cappuccinos. We visited the nearby attractions and used the area shuttle to catch rides. Totally recommend bringing your sporty shoes for the 15-minute hike to town!
The only downside was the walk back after a long day, with lots of uphill stairs that could be tiring for some.

Getting to the place can be a real trek, especially with those steep cobblestone stairs leading up from town—definitely not ideal if you're hauling luggage or just had a marathon meal. The breakfast could use a serious upgrade. relying on cheap ham and sugary pastries doesn’t do justice to the local cuisine. Plus, the thin walls let noise drift in from other guests, which can be irritating during late nights or early mornings.
